Hello Spruce Glen Families and Local Community Businesses,
The Parent Council for Spruce Glen Public School is hosting a Spring BBQ at the school on June 7th, 2023; 5pm – 8pm, to bring the school community together for some fun and fundraising. This is a family friendly event that brings together the entire school community including kids, parents/guardians, staff, and community supporters, in a fun and engaging event for all! The goal is to bring our community together for an evening of fun and fundraising that directly impacts the Spruce Glen Public School community. Funds raised will go towards the purchase of much needed new school sports jerseys and continual improvements in and around the school (e.g., outdoor yard additions and improvements, assistance with the costs of special school programming, guest speakers and class trips etc.).
We need your support to help us reach our goals to impact our school and students directly and positively, in an encouraging and uplifting way. The past few years have not been easy and have set-back a lot of initiatives, but we are looking to the future with a positive lens and hope that you will join us in our goal of supporting the students of Spruce Glen Public School as we move forward and continue to strive for a better tomorrow with access to more resources so our children can continue to be supported and have enhanced experiences as they navigate their educational journey at Spruce Glen.
The Parent Council at Spruce Glen PS would greatly welcome any item and/or donation you would be able to offer that would go towards our silent auction fundraiser at the Spring BBQ. Donors will be given recognition, which should ideally translate to more community interest/awareness and support of your business in the Huntsville community.
