Our Spring BBQ is BACK! Save the date – Wednesday, June 7th from 5:00 pm to 8:00pm! This is an event that you and your family will not want to miss! More information will be coming home soon.
Our annual gift basket raffle is back by popular demand, and our Parent Council needs YOUR help! Each class has been given a theme, and will be asked to donate items to fill their basket. These baskets will be displayed and raffled off at our Spring BBQ.
Families are being asked to donate one or two NEW items for the basket based on the theme assigned. For example, donations for the “Pet Lovers” basket could include pet treats, toys, gift cards for local pet stores, etc. We will be collecting these items in classrooms throughout the month of May, and are asking that all items be sent in by Tuesday, May 30th. Baskets will be provided for each class, and the Parent Council will look after wrapping these baskets for the BBQ.
Tickets will be pre-sold and will also be available for purchase for $5 at the BBQ. Please see the pre-order form attached or order online through Schoolcash Online.
All funds raised will go back to our students and school community (ie. equipment, new school jerseys, class trips, special projects, etc.)!
